FLAI updates issues

Hi all

I thought I'd post this here first before taking it to the FLAI guys.  Perhaps someone has had the same issue.

Last weekend I updated my FLAI from v12 to v14 using the automatic updater in the Ops Centre utility.  Update went fine but a few annoying issues noted.  The update installed a number of duplicate aircraft.cfg entries.  So when I start P3D,  I now have to clear down about 150 warning messages telling me i have duplicate entries in my aircraft folders.  

So then  I wanted to clear out the duplicate entries in the cfg files but when i opened the files, the entries are all one continuous line of text.  There is no logical separation of individual entries.  None of my other .cfg entries appear in this format other than FLAI - it's near impossible to edit.  This was also an issue in the first install of FLAI I did, not just a result of the update.

I could just uninstall the whole thing and reinstall the latest version and see if that sorts the issue out but just wondered whether anyone else had experienced this and if so, whether you managed a workaround or fix.
