Attempting to buy PSXSeecon license I get Virus warning

Hello, I am trying to buy and new licence for my PXseeconTraffic but when I attempt to go to their web page I get this warning:

Threat found

This web page contains potentially dangerous content.

Threat: HTML/ScrInject.B trojan

Access to it has been blocked. Your computer is safe.

 

Is this a threat?
