SODE JETWAYS AUTODOCK TO AI TRAFFIC

Recommended Posts

Hi. For a few weeks, jetways do not automatically dock ai traffic planes on P3DV4.3 or V4.4.

I have the latest version of SODE and also of GSX2, however, the jetways remain static. Does anyone know how this could be fixed?

THANKS!

Go to SODEPlatformManager.exe and choose tools and settings check if jetways autodock is set to false or true 😉

(C:\Program Files (x86)\12bPilot\SODE)

Cheers,

On airports were you have GSX2 jetways, they will not dock to AI.
I have asked this on their forum, and they replied this will not happen.

GSX2 replaces all default sim jetways with non-animated jetways that matched the SODE jetway at the user's gate. I believe that there is a setting in the GSX2 options that allows you to reset all the non-user jetways to default. Once you do that, the AI aircraft will dock again. If one has an airport that already has animated SODE jetways, GSX2 will not affect that and the AI aircraft will dock properly.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately i continue habing the same problema. I have restored to default jetways with GSX control panel. Once the airport is loaded, i can read on the menú: "autodock jetways", but when i click the only jetways that docks is mine. the rest continue resting.

sometimes, we can read: ai aircraft dorr too far from jetways, or things like this.

in the debug sode, i can read:

"[00:09:34.856] DEBUG SODE.FSLOOP : [AI DETECTION] N monitored AIObjects = 0" many times. (but my airport was full of planes, injected with PSXSeecon traffic".

thanks.

Do the jetways now appear visually to be the sim's default jetway model? in your quoted post, are you referring to the GSX2 in-game menu?

The only other thing that I can think of is that in the SODE Platform Manager options, something might have turned off the option to Enable AI traffic detection.

SODE jetways are not the same as GSX Level 2 SODE Jetways. FSDT GSX2 will not support their jetways attaching to AI due to performance risk.

So Latin KMIA included SODE will dock, but Flightbeam KDEN where you used GSX2 to replace the jetways to SODE will not.

Hopefully that hat will clear any confustion

yes, i have comproved that the jetways are now the default ones. Even in SODE platform manager, the "enable Ai traffic detection" continues being "on".

Thaks for the help. I think that SODE developers Will fix this soon. Many weeks ago, in prepar3d 3.4, every time i landed, i could see all jetways docking inmediately to ai aircraft (with or wothout GSX2) and i had never performance problems.:)

thanks!!!
