Is it possible that the spirit of my question is never understood?? I just wanted to know how this latest test RR talked about on Dec 8 is going, if the issue that could cause CTD has been or is being tracked down, since he said it would not take long! Tell me where I am asking for release dates, or should I call you narrow minded people??

Not really a matter of whether your question is understood or not. The point being, if there was anything worthy of updating, they would do it. Asking for an update isn't going to solve anything. You should know this by now. Also, in my experience as a truck, what should happen and what actually happens tend to be two completely different things. So the fact that he said it wouldn't take long doesn't really prove anything.

”When there is news we will tell you.” full stop. Meaning the reply ends there.

No need at all to keep any one updated on progress because its software. So whats the point in telling anyone.......”....we still have bugs!” 

Or is it because software and online business treat people in a totally different way to how a face to face business would feel fit it treat people. 

Make your own mind up. Who cares we are all free to form our own opinions on how we are treated.
