Questions please

Recommended Posts

Howdy:

I'm very interested in this airplane.

Can some please do a full flight tutorial video please?

Also, does the A/C have pause @ TOD?

And, are there different panel states?

As a Dad, the last two features are invaluable.

Thank you!

Hello Aaron,

No, there is no pause at TOD or panel states defined that I'm aware off. However, if you have a registered copy of FSUIPC I can give you a Lua script that will let you Pause the sim at a user settable time after takeoff -- e.g., 90 min after takeoff, etc. So you would have to estimate TOD and set a time accordingly.

Also, you can of course save a flight at any point.

EDIT: See correction below.

There's a panel state (two) in the Shift+1 window.

OK, true, I guess you mean Ready to Start and All Systems Off, although I don't think All Systems Off really counts.  😉

All systems off is still a state because of the different settings set at the time its pressed.

Could I trouble you for that Lua script?  Much appreciated.

Sure! PM me an email address and let me know what sim you use and I will send you the appropriate version.  Also let me know if you are familiar with using Lua scripts in FSUIPC?

To ALCON:
Al's LUA is a terrific little tool. I use it on every flight. It allows you to set a time until the sim pauses. Simple to use and reliable.

Highly recommend.
