I red somewhere that we can change the default value of volume.

I would like to set it to 4000

But what I mean is to change the default value 3000 by 4000 when the sim start.

You can adjust the trim volume control with the mouse. The new setting can not be saved between sim sessions.

Got it. But I red somewhere I can't remember where (may be I dreamed it) that we can change the default value 3000 in a .ini file...

No, not that I am aware of.
