Your topic does not provide sufficient information for any suggestions or advice on fixing.  When an application hangs, it is very difficult to impossible to found the cause.  The AVSIM CTD Guide provides information on how to investigate your AppHang (see page 10).  There are other suggestions on page 33 of the guide.

I would also recommend you get the free update - v4.4 for P3D.

Still does not provide sufficient information as it was an AppHang and not a CTD.  A CTD would show a faulting module which provides a clue.  As a guess, I would suggest it is an add-on AI aircraft that was in the area and not compatible with P3DV4 OR, if you were in heavy weather, the Carenado weather module, CMeteoXml.dll, caused the crash.  The CMeteoXml.dll was loaded at startup and you do not need to have any Carenado aircraft loaded for the crash to be triggered by this module.  But mostly, these crashes throw an ntdll.dll error with an incompatible AI aircraft and the Carenado module.  In any case, the error is with one of your add-ons.

Ok I will update my p3d then. Just a quick question while installing scenery will that effect my ORBX addons or no ? If yes than what is the proper way to install the scenery. For the app hang I did talk to microsoft they told me its the gpu driver which I updated the same day before starting my p3d. So they told me uninstall the driver & the windows will load the driver by itself so I haven't updated my driver after uninstalling it. So to test I have to fly again for like 18 hours. From dubai to newyork.

Go to 47:17 you might get some idea what happened. I was streaming at that time.

You were descending and you went to ProATC and requested descent.  That might have caused it.  I have ProATC too but have never seen this but, you may have lost contact with ATC (by missing a waypoint), and requesting to descent messed up the programming.  You can go to the ProATC forums and submit your log to them to see if ProATC caused the crash.

You certainly have a computer system that can handle about anything (except missing a waypoint or other reason why you lost ATC).

ok, but another thing is that right now I am updating my P3D so what is the proper way to update, so the scenery addons that I have installed they don't get messed up?

Uninstall P3D Client; Install P3D Client 4.4; Uninstall Content; Install Content 4.4; Uninstall Scenery; Install Scenery 4.4.  It should not affect any of Orbx/FTX products if you have moved them to the Lorby-Si Addon Manger.  I would back up your Scenery.cfg just in case.  Also, Orbx places several elevation files in Scenery/World/Scenery.  I doubt they will be overwritten but you might want to backup.  Do like I always do.  I just click on the P3DV4 folder and move it to a temporary directory in case I need any of the files afterwards.  But the scenery.cfg is in the c:/ directory and I would back that up.  No other files will be touched and you should be able to start up P3DV4 and have no issues.  The installs were made so you don't have to reinstall all of your addons everytime there is an update.

Ok, ill do it that way & what would you suggest for shades? Like which is a good one because right now I am using ENVSHADE with Active sky cloud art its kind of not giving me a good feeling. I have seen people talking about REX ( Real Environment Xtreme ) or Tomato Shade so which one is better which gives like realistic feeling ?

Stay away from the shades.  Use P3D's built in shading.  Active Sky Cloud Art does not look good with HDR off but, if you turn it on during a flight, it looks amazing.  Think they developed it with HDR only.  I don't really care for HDR sometimes as the clouds look too white or unrealistic sometimes.
