Screen tearing after Win10 update

Recommended Posts

Anyone?

I just confirmed my 4xx driver installed recently is still there, but a strange screen tearing shows up whenever I pan or change the view position. The P3D internal VSync doesn't make a difference.

I have the same problem. This appeared after updating Windows 10 from 1803 to 1809. The driver has nothing to do with it, I have an extreme version of 417.35. Very annoying problem. This has never happened before with P3D.

Video with problem.

Gentlemen, the solution seems to be found.

Works fine for me on my win 10 1809 and 417.35 NV drivers.

Don't know why, but later on (not even after a reboot) it was back unchecked, had to check it again.

Also lost notifications on both computers that were updated to this last version of Win10, lots of warnings in the Event Viewer, etc. It's a complete mess!

I am using Win 10 1803 ,  ie not updated to 1809 yet, and 388.13 NVIDIA Drivers and I encountered this problem solely as a result of updating from P3d V4.3 to 4.4 client only in fullsceen mode.  The solution above solved the problem for me too. Thanks for posting it. The screen tearing was incredibly annoying and did not respond to Vsync on or off.
