That’s a copyrighted P3D system file. It’s not legal to share or upload it.

I just did yesterday and didn't delete anything. No guarantees. May backup things. Not much choice.

Not sure if client or content. But try both ....should not be any issue. 

If you modified gauges files, save them....

No it won't hurt your add-ons. I do this several times a week with P3D....
