PFPX not working properly

I recently restored my computer, when reinstalling PFPX i've found some problems in it. First, i doesn't show the map, and the software crashes every time. 

does someone had the same problem or know the solution?

just tried pfpx

got same post above

reinstalled run as admin

still crashes on opening

Exactly, i tried to reinstall several time running as admin, and still got the same problem.
