Connection

Recommended Posts

P2ATC will not connect to X Plane 11 anymore. It has always worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. Will an uninstall and reinstall help? Any other ideas?

What makes you think it is not connected?  To what plane are you attempting to connect?  Some planes require the config P2A setup to have the Ignore avionics/battery switch enabled.

What version of p2atc are you running.   Uninstall is almost never required.  Since it is a connection P2A is runnning so it has to be the connection to the aircraft.

What changed two weeks ago?  Buy a new plane?

No green light, no centre on aircraft, using the aircraft I have been using for a long time. Latest version, both switches enabled. I have no idea what may have gone wrong, 3rd party files required?

Make sure XPUIPC plugin is loaded.  This is the only thing that i am aware of but reading the manual might shed some light.

Treat it like you just installed it the first time.  There are a number of trouble shooting tips in the manual.

Sorry not much help.  You don't need to uninstall but never hurts to do a fresh install over top and get the current production version.

I can hear Dave's voice in my head.  Try running P2A in administrative mode.
