Hi,

Had this once with my 4K Monitor. Solution was to set "maximum performance" in the NVIDIA driver panel ( instead of "optimised performance").

Merry Christmas,

I believe this is a 4.4 issue when using window mode.

The solution is to enable Vsync and turn on Triple Buffering. Frame rate slider should be set to Unlimited.

I had the same problem and that fixed it.
