Are there any liveries for the sky simulations md-11 v2?

None that I've found yet, but I understand that Sky Sim will be releasing a livery pack for the MD-11 in the near future. I can't imagine it will be very expensive.

If you weren't aware of it, they recently released a service pack, available here...

Scroll down a bit, it's "service pack 1".

This is also where you'll find the livery pack when they release it.

Sky Sim just released a free livery pack for the MD-11 v2. Scroll down near the bottom of the page....
