Help, Apron lights there but not there? p3d-larnaca airport

Hey i need some help!  I am not sure where i should ask but im really annoyed cause ive tried everything

so i haven't gone on p3d for a while but im back now and i noticed Something odd.On JustSim's Larnaca airport I don't see the apron lights. they just arent there, which is weird because their effect still exists. they illuminate the ground and even the cockpit when I approach them (dynamic lighting)  but they dont 'physically' exist. I tried so many things in the settings and ive moved it up the scenery library hoping that was the problem.

I am not sure what else to do. I am running Rex, orbx global,base, trees and global lights. But i am pretty sure i had these with Justsim's larnaca months ago and i remember seeing the apron lights, they used to be there !!  Any help would be appreciated , thanks :)
