I know this is an old thread but still, I have searched & can not find this scenery.  Any Idea's ?  Thanks

Tncm.zip in the library.  It is for fs2002/2004.

If you want to go down the payware pathway Fly Tampa has an excellent version of TNCM, which also includes the challenging airports of St Barthelmy and Saba as well as scenery, mesh and autogen for all these islands. Highly recommended!
