I like the wing view shot. (The Cardinal looks a little out of place in the land of taildraggers.)

That's why I chose to fly out of Juneau Intl with its paved runways.  I have flown a taildragger only twice in real life, a Cessna 170 in the 80's just briefly, and in the mid 2000's a Luscombe 8A which I hand started, was quite nervous about using the "armstrong" starter like the old days.  Now one can buy a electric starter for the 8A due to an STC.  I loved the Luscombe's handling in the air, very harmonized controls, it needed little rudder in turns and could fly on neuro impulse practically.  In winds aloft it handled very well, and on grass strips, the only grass strip I ever flew from, ground handling was benign, even on wet grass since it started to rain right at the end of my flight.  It was so good me and my pilot/passenger friend got down, we saw flashes of lightning hidden in the distant clouds and realized embedded t-storms were moving in.  The worst of the weather hit us fifteen mins after we landed, grounding a poor Cub pilot who wanted to take off while we were there.  He had trouble starting his cub before we took off, unlike the Luscombe which started on my first crank.  The starting procedure to start the Luscombe was positioning yourself so you could move away from the prop and towards the cabin as soon as it started.  The wheel chocks could be pulled into the cabin by a small rope attached to them, and then we were good to roll to the grass runway.  There were 50 foot stands of pine trees at both ends of the runway, so to land you had to clear the trees, then dive towards the runway, then bleed off speed for touchdown.
