Deactivation without access to FMC and/or uninstallers

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I had my SSD die on me right before Christmas, and I'm wondering how I can (or if I need to) deactivate the PMDG NGX and 777 without having access to the FMC or the uninstaller in Windows?

support.precisionmanuals.com to submit a support ticket. If you've never submitted one before, you'll need to create an account since this is different from the store account.

No need, PMDG allows an unspecified number of activations and the worst that happens is if you exceed that then you need to submit a ticket as suggested by Kevin.  Dead SSD is pretty rare, you should not have more than one in a lifetime.
