FSX-SE FPS drop in outside view

Hello everyone, i have a problem in FSX SE, when I am in cockpit view, i am at more than 30 fps(PMDG aircraft) on all my aircaft, but when i go to outside view it drops to 5 fps even when i get back to the cockpit view, does someone know why?

A tweak in your FSX config.  Delete or rename, restart FSX and see if this fixes the problem.

I renamed it but i didn't do anything,

Did you rename it and then start fsx?  Renaming it while fsx is running won't do anything.

Then you renamed the wrong file.  When FSX crashes, it automatically generates a .txt file.  You probably renamed the FSX.txt file and not the FSX.cfg file.

Another thing to check on your computer is the folder option to "show hidden files and folders" and to make sure "show file extensions" is chosen.
