Objects are visible through fog/clouds

Hi guys and a happy a new year, 

I have this strange annoying phenomena which i decided to to post and see if anyone had/have same any maybe how to solve it. I use PTA 2.63 (latest one), the photo below is of LOWI. and you can see the mountain cliff and the church, which are both defined as sim objects, are visible through the fog and low clouds. Now its not just about the is addon, i have seen this in other addon scenery as well.
