We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

So cool, I've been wondering whether WWII pilots were still around.  It has been a long time since WWII and I suppose someone 20 in 1945 would be about 93 now, about the age of a young WWII pilot or soldier.  Once they are gone I hope the memory of what they fought for is not forgotten, as we are still in a war where racial and ideology wars are fought.

Like riding a bike, but landing a Cessna on that carrier deck would have been easy for him compared to some of the landings he would have done back then. Great fun 😄

Very emotional for me to see that.  These guys were the greatest generation that gave me the life I have now.

God bless him.

So well said, the best thing ever if you go to a car or aircraft museum is to tail older gentlemen like these and listen to them talk about the old cars or aircraft.  I did that in the Reno Auto museum and had a great time enjoying their company.  They made the greatest free docents....
