Operation manager problem

Recommended Posts

My operations manager, which says it is the latest version if I try to update it, keeps telling me that there is an update for the PMDG 747 v3 - P3D v4. If I tell it to go ahead and update, it goes through a long

"spiel" and tells me that it has finished.

However, it does nothing, as the version still on my PC is 3.00.9008 and it still shows the update available as 3.00.9019.

The PMDG is a freshly downloaded and installed version (after removing the previous one) done yesterday.

Is there a solution?

Download the latest version from your account on the pmdg website. But since you already did that I can only say try again.

Redownload the installers, uninstall, reinstall, and then be sure to run the OC as an admin.

If you're updating both the 400 and the 8, you will need to uninstall both, install both using the latest installers, and then update.

Sounds like your base version must be a bit out of whack and the OC isn't picking it up.

Did exactly that and this time all seems to be well. Got the correct version !
