Using P2A with Active Sky weather

Recommended Posts

Hi Dave. Sorry if this has been asked before. What do I need to set in P2A to have it recognize the new Active Sky weather. I assume it would be SIM weather, but thought I would ask. Thanks.

 Active Sky, OPUS, FSGRW and REX Weather – These options let you pull your weather from one of these popular weather engines. Note that when using FSGRW, you will need to be sure the “Export Data” option is checked so it will export the weather data to a file that can then be pointed to in the appropriate file selection area. Also, Active Sky for X-Plane places the current_wx_snapshot.txt file in an App Data folder at C:\Users\\App Data\Roaming\AS_XPL\Weather.

Thanks for the info JeB1952. I was previously using FSGRW and had set the needed directory in P2A. I assumed AS needed one as well.
