P3d v4 pc upgrade help!!

A 1070Ti will run cooler and use less power than a 980Ti. So will a 1080.  Maybe easier to find still, too.

If you can fit that and a PSU and RAM into your budget that would work real nice.

Get whatever fits your budget.  Even a 1060 would be a massive improvement over what u have.  U could go that route and save a little more and go for a Z390/9600K/16gb DDR4
