Black Map and broken link to GLOBE data

I downloaded the latest version, but now the map is black. It doesn't matter which map version is used. The track line, airports, and aircraft is still visible

Also I would like the download link to the Globe so I can get the elevation profile..

Looks like the folder "data" is missing. Maybe something went wrong when installing?

GLOBE data points to https://governmentshutdown.noaa.gov/...

I put a temporary copy here in my cloud until the link is back again:
This is not the original archive but it contains all needed files: Global Land One-kilometer Base Elevation (GLOBE).zip

I changed the thread title to indicate the broken GLOBE download.
