-On the 747 400 I ended up getting there but not with the 748.

Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

Upper right corner of AVSIM, click on your Display Name, click on Account Settings, then Signature.  Type in your name and save.

J'ai eu une réponse chez PMDG la maison mere ils sont aimable et répondent correctement

voici leur réponse:

After you land you move the APU start switch to Start, hod, there for 2 seconds and release. The APU should start automatically after a while You can observer the APU EGT and RPM rise on the Status EICAS display.

As you can see his signature is there.  My directions are so explicit and accurate, it requires no pictures.

To start the APU, just flip the APU switch to the start position and hold it there for at least three seconds. Then release. Give it a few seconds, and eventually, you can bring the APU online.
