Constant strobe light?

Hello,

I downloaded and installed a custom livery for the 744F and experienced a problem with the strobe lights on the aircraft. They seem to be "stuck" in the flash, i.e. they stay on constantly instead of flashing. I know that the 744 has shorter flashes than the 748 due to the strobes not being LEDs, but in this case they stay on constantly. I believe this is a bug for this particular livery, as I have not experienced it with any other. Is there any way I can amend a .cfg file to fix this issue?
