P3Dv4 freezes during PMDG-737NGX flight

I just completely re-installed Win10, P3Dv4 and PMDG737 because I bought a M2-SSD and wanted a faster configuration.

After good experiences with GA-planes, now starting a jetflight with PMDG737 the screen freezes frequently. I have to wait from 30 sec till 2-3 minutes before the flight continues. After a few minutes flying... the same thing. Mostly it occurs when I change the views

What to do. Is there any solution?
