Power setting on ground

Hi,

Everytime i apply the power and put it on idle the GS decelerates without braking. Is this normal?

Yes that's normal with the FSX/P3D ground model. PMDG have created a custom ground model that was introduced with the 747 and we are currently waiting for the 777 to be updated as well.
