Help us protect your GNS settings!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

With the latest update, v2.4.6, we've added a new option for 3rd party vendor: 'defaults' settings.

This permits them building kind of a 'template' file which gets precedence over user settings so that to prevent anyone for example to loose the 3D panel rendering section, or to ensure some settings necessary for integration are always restored by default (like copilot side, com#/nav# etc...)

We're aware this will take time to adopt and might not be retroactively offered either.

To this effect, I'd like you to help us gather all known RealityXP.GNS.ini files included in X-Plane aircraft shipping with a RXP configuration, so that we can try providing a ready-to-use 'defaults settings' collection back to you.

Please make sure to post 1 config per message only in this thread, use the spoiler message feature to make the lengthily text collapsible (the eye icon next to the font drop down list above), and only the un-touched/non-modified/pristine ini files which are installed with the aircraft the first time.

I thank you for your assistance with this!
