Cursor stays on screen after update 1809

Has anybody encountered an issue with the cursor staying visible in p3d4 after updating windows 10 to update 1809?

You know how when you stop moving your mouse the cursor will eventually hide and not be seen on the screen.  It doesn't hide it stays visible on the screen even after 1 hour of not moving the mouse.

I'm still on 1803 and my cursor stays visible all the time. As far as I remember, it has always been like this (on my machine that is)

strange iam still on 1803  and my curser   disappears  within  4  secs  or  so  when  not  moving it  of  course

It depends for me.  It remains visible on all my PMDG aircraft, and it hides itself with the Turbine Duke.  I just got in the habit of sliding my mouse down to hide the cursor.

I have build 1809 installed and see no abnormalities.  Regardless of the build, I have never experienced the cursor remaining visible.  When idle, the cursor disappears in about 4-5 seconds.

I rebuilt the shaders and all is good now.  The cursor disappears about 4 secs of not moving the mouse.

Off the top of my head just some random possibilities:

Mouse settings in Win 10 at default? 

Do you have a subwoofer vibrating your desktop possibly? The slightest movement of the mouse will keep it active.

A mouse or other utility that keeps the mouse active?

Dual or more monitors? If P3D is not the active window this could be the cause.
