Augmenting UTL with AIG traffic

Hi all,

 

Since the issues with UTL updates are well documented, and manually modifying UTL look like a complicated task, I was wondering if I couldn't address issues like missing airlines/empty airports by installing some AIG packages.  The idea is to use UTL and AIG traffic at the same time; my question is; is this possible?  Is it advisable?

Absolutely! Just be sure that you disable the airlines in UTL that you update with AIG.

Thanks Dave.  Is there a tutorial on how to do that anywhere?

Which part? Disabling airlines in UTL? It's fairly straight forward in the gui but if not there are some threads about it on their forum.
