GTN750 and flightplan folder issue

Recommended Posts

Good morning,

I have recently reformatted my PC and reinstalled Carenado PC-12 with the GTN750 complete and Berts panel. All runs okay until I need to import a flight plan made in little nav map.

I went to add the flight plan into programdata/Garmin/Trainer/GTN/FLPN which I believe is the default and the correct folder to place it in? However, there is no GTN/FLPN folder. I can only find programdata/Garmin/Trainer folder.

Therefore, how do I fix this or am I looking in the wrong area to place the gfp file into so it can be read by the GTN750?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Ben

Hiya,

In FSX it's the folder "..FSX\F1GTN\FPL\"

Marcel

Thanks i put one in there of the p3d equivalent lockheed martin/p3d/f1gtn/fpl and it didnt pick up the flight plan. The fpl itself is good.

If this is the flight1 gtn, the above location should work..

Maybe the v2.07 to v2.08 transition is confusing things.

Just to advise, for me to import a flightplan into the GTN750, the .gfp has to be sitting in

c://usr/name/Appdata/Roaming/Flight One Software/GTN/Navigator1/winfs_mount/FPL/

That’s the only way the flight plan shows up on my F1 GTN750.
