Default ATC?

Does anybody know if the Default ATC is part of the client or content in 4.4? I need to fix some ATC problems and thought a reinstall would solve it.

Why don't you download Radar Contact and use that instead of this crappy default ATC? Radar Contact is free since a couple of days. You can download it from: https://www.icloud.com/#iclouddrive/0pEpnc7H0Y7gmku1afLwZeElg

I am thinking about that but am trying to troubleshoot a lockup problem in 4.4 and want to return to baseline. Once I have that resolved I will check out Radar Contact (which I have already downloaded).

I would guess client.  You could just do a repair with the client installer and see if that solves your issue.
