can this tv have a refresh rate of 30 in the Nvidia control panel, thanks.

If it can, it will be shown in the Resolution section of NCP. I have a 43" 4k Samsung and it can support 30 as shown in NCP.

The Samsung 55 inch 4K supports 30.

While I can't be sure, I can't imagine any LG or Samsung $K larger than 40 inches that wouldn't support 30.

in just says 60 on the product page at best buy, but hope that means up to 60. got tv today new computer will be here next week so I will see then. hope I didn't make mistake and have to send back.
