FSX-MS Virtualcol ATR 72 Primary flight display failure

Hi everyone, after beginning a flight in my Vcol ATR 72-600 i fully start up the aircraft and start the engines all from a cold& dark state but still after all of this my primary flight display has crosses in the IAS and ALT Collums and says ATT FAIL and to the right of that my navigation screen is black with a Red Cross right through it and reads FAIL, does anyone know how to fix this.

Make sure IRS Alignments are set to nav.

Thanks,  but I can’t seem to find an IRS switch on my ATR could anyone help with this

I don’t know since I don’t have that plane, but doesn’t it come with a manual that has a diagram of the cockpit showing where everything is?
