EHSI Update

Hiya,

A (small) update of the EHSI is inbound.

Change log:
- EADI: Green of the text adjusted to get inline with EHSI
- EHSI: Colour NAV Pointer1 changed to white colour, like the real-one
- EHSI: Shape of NAV Pointer 2 adjusted, like the real-one
- EHSI: Green of text and pointers adjusted
- EHSI: GPS-mode, colour changed to CYAN, like the real-one
- EHSI: ETA added (works above 25 KTS GS), give hours and minuts only.
- EHSI: NM text always visible, red "---" show when there is no station tuned
- EHSI: NM info VOR1 and VOR2 pointers also available in GPS-mode
- EHSI: Static plane symbol changed to orange

Screens:

Will be available shorty. Already questions, don't hesitate to ask.
