Really Stuttery Exterior Views With PMDG 747 in P3D

Any reason why this is ?

 

It is perfectly smooth with any other addon.

 

I have well over 60 fps in exterior views, but all exterior Chaseplane views are stuttering and zooming in and out is very jerky indeed !

A video will suffice only to graphically depict what I have described.

If it is just me, I will have to assume an issue with my wetup.
