PMDG Operation center not showing my purchased product

I have a small issue with the Operations Center: I can select the PMDG 737/777/747 and it will show my options within that aircraft, but when I select the any aircraft which i have purchased, It wants me to buy it.

I have already bought whole pmdg lineup for my P3D V4. I am using version 4.3 of P3D.

Is there an update to the operation center I don't know about? Or is there a way to validate my purchase to allow the Operation Center to recognized the all my purchased product?

You have to install the product from the PMDG store account first by downloading the installers.

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

This behavior means that some program in your computer deleted the Registry entries for our products. Reinstall the products on top is the only solution
