Lack of response from Carenado

I don't quite understand why it should take so long to get a reply from Carenado after submitting a request. It has been one week, I told them I wanted to purchase one of their aircraft but first had a question, then I sent a second request and still no response.

It's as if they just don't care whether I purchase their aircraft or not.

Has anyone else experienced this?

There is a reason I call them Carenoto (Care not o) and Alameo (A lame o).


My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

I agree. However Carenado do have a great variety of aircraft. I only wish A2A had more to offer, then they would get all my business - I really enjoy the Accusim system from A2A.

I bought the Synthetic vision 4 days, I can not install by speaking that the serial is invalid. They do not respond to support.

Have you gone into your account then copied the serial #  listed and pasted it into the installer dialogue box where you also need to put in your email?
