engine anti ice

latest version, Button Control.

the Co did set Engine and wing antiice on ground when selected in the takeoff briefing.

 -> the 737 book says that wing anti ice should not be used on ground. the co should set wing antiice after the takeoff.

after takeoff the did with the after takeoff procedure turn off the wing anti ice, let only the engine anti ice on.
> the co should not do this when icing conditions are set in the briefing.
