This has been available for months.... before 1/1/19.  Herve's site is one of the places I routinely visit on a periodic basis.

I have previous versions (renamed) in my target directory and each bears a January 1 filedate.  2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and now with this one January 1, 2019.
