Looks like real traffic using PSXseecon or similar program.  Things seem too smooth for Vatsim!

Hi this is psxseecon and realtraffic. 80 GB of ai aircraft. I have a live stream of JFK running with ATC. 

As for video time lapse.  Its done in Sony Vegas.  Change the playback speed and compress the time line.
