how did you get the snow effects on the ground, like the overhead shot of the Delta CRJ?

snow detail on the runway in P3D/FSX has been really bad.  I'm looking to improve it.

Active Sky gave me that when I was at Zurich a few days ago, and OAT was sub-zero

I've never had it put that type of snow on the ramp before.

The snow effects are part in partial to the respective scenery addons.  The crj shot on the ground at Flytampa BOS.  (also special effects sliders are maxed) P3dv4.4.

Jet2.com 737-800WL plane, so either the Med (sea nearby) or somewhere in Europe because they do not fly USA, etc, AFAIK
