Shouldn't that be UTC? Agreed half the time it's the same as GMT but not during daylight saving hours?

GMT (British term from when we ruled the waves and therefore decided unilaterally for the planet that the prime meridian should run through Greenwich - the French wanted it to run through Paris but we had a bigger Navy) = UTC (international, neutral term for the same thing) = Z (time zone code of US military origin).

In the summer in the UK we go on to BST (British Summer Time), which is GMT/UTC +1.

French version. If it was English it would be UCT. We have to let them win sometimes. 😀

You can set the clock on the plane to UTC from the GPS or you can select a MAN (manual) input.
