<Shift>3 Menu

I own a few Carenado aircraft that use a <Shift>3 menu popup to be able to turn off 3D Knobs, set Static features, etc., etc.

I would like to be able to permanently turn off 3D Knobs - is there a specific file that contains this coding that could be edited?

Every time I launch the aircraft I have press <Shift>3  - it is annoying and I sure would like to be able to control that.
