PFC Throttle Quadrant Serial / USB adapter

Recommended Posts

I have a PFC throttle quadrant but new computer (win 10) has no serial port so I using serial USB adaptor. The adaptor is recognised by windows but not the throttle quadrant itself.

PFC wont help. So anyone input will be appreciated, so here are my questions:

By using the serial / USB adaptor, should I now consider that the throttle quadrant is a serial or USB  hardware for set up purposes?

Also any help with drivers to make quadrant work with Prepard 3D Ver 4.4 & X Plane 11

The USB-to-serial adapter should appear as a virtual COM port in the device manager COM port list, assuming the driver for the adapter was installed correctly.  You need to manually set the port number corresponding to that COM port in the PFC driver.
