GTN750/650 Wont work on XP11 (resolved)

I have installed the GTN750 and when I run my xplane and start the GTN through the plugin and flip the avionic switch to on I dont get anything on the GTN. The GTN pops up as a pop up window and the GTN stays black. also dont know how to get it on the the panel on the aircraft.

It seems installation might have failed at some point.

Can you please both post the content of the RXP log files? (See RXP GTN User's Manual for file/path).

Same here. I like to use it in Carenados Saab. Should integrate automatically. Im on XP11.32r2.

Hi,

I'm not sure to understand whether the popup shows fine and the 3D panel displays off, or both display off?

If the former, most likely the RealityXP.GTN.ini file as a frame.rect= 0,0,0,0 for the 3D panel and you might want to restore the original file from the aircraft installation.

Either case, we're released v2.5.14 which should work better.

Downloaded the newest installer and did a complete reinstall. But to no avail so far. Using the Saab, I can see an EMPTY 2D popup- panel. The  entries for the GTN 750 show up in the plugins menue. And I can select the 750. However there is no device showing nor in the 3D panel, nor in the 2D one. The config-file for the saab seems correct to me. No 0,0,0,0 entries, but valid coordinates.  When I have a look at the plugin-folder, there is just two .xpl files: 32 and 64. Where under programs/GTN Simulation/X-Plane are the same .xpl files plus a bin folder with the dlls, along with the manual. Is that correct? Shouldent there be a bin-folder in x-plane plugins-folder as well?

Hi,

the bin folder is not relevant in this case, the plugin just need the .xpl in the plugin folder (the 2 DLLs in the bin folder are found in the 'ProgramData\Reality XP' folder)

Although not working yet with the Saab on your system, is this working with the default B58 for example?

Got it to work. Had to tell windows not to block the app. Never had to do that before. Thank you for youre help and patience. Its an amazing peace of software when it works!
