This "updates/mods" are nothing else BUT OUTSTANDING !!!!  Almost A MUST for the real X-Plane lovers out there.

The author of the first link - FD update: .... - has included an exceptional documentation; it comes even with the 499 pages strong Cessna-172S POH.

And all for free !

Check this one out - https://propstrikestudio.com/  It's basically a modded C172 using the basic default structure and it does offer a tailwheel version - last but not least it's FREE.

Nice shots - I queried 'PropStrike' about the mods since it has a three bladed prop but still fixed pitch.  They told me it's modelled after a C206 but still the original O320 and those humungous tires.  Push your weight up to gross and the belly cargo pod attaches - see how it goes then.
