After Envshade had started giving me problems, I’ve been looking at PTA. Is there any performance issues? And is it pretty easy to set up? Enjoyed the one click set up with Envshade

Updated and my shader errors were terrible, so had to do a P3D Client repair and tried Tomato, since the new PTA was just a water fix.

Used the R@D preset and changed it to my liking. Added reflections to my FSL.

Am staying with Tomato.

This was far too long in the making yet still seems rushed.  Disappointing.

Are there any compare screenshots between PTA and Tomato that would potentially talked me into switching?

I found that most settings can be carried over, I just opened both and went though it. The key VC lighting settings I use just entered into the same settings in Tomato.

Also the best livery’s artists for the FSL use/need Tomato to get all the great looks out of them.

So I found it very easy to get it how I like, well that’s not true, the cloud lighting is far better. So it seem a win win for me.

Personally, I'm a big fan of PTA, and I have never had any issues with it like errors etc, and I find the GUI to be simple and intuitive.

Never tried Tomato or Envshade etc, so I can't comment on those, but PTA does everything I need it to do and more, so i'm sticking with it..

I've decided to stay with Tomato as well.

Shader errors are not caused by PTA  but because of not having the default Shaders installed before updating PTA.

V2.64 installs fine and causes no issues when applying a preset.

However, the fixed WST causes squares near coastlines. That will be fixed.

You are free to do whatever you want to do.

Did you try my preset for V4.4 with additional file ( WST working ) ?
