You got me there, and I don't know what else to tell you...?? I also have a folder at the same location.. C:\Program Files (x86)\HiFi\AS_P3Dv4 But there is also one located in.. C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\HiFi\AS_P3Dv4, and this is where my "weather" folder is located, and it contains the files you are looking for..
